Store in cool, dry place.
Spread on the bread, mix with breakfast cereal, fruit salad, yogurt, or eat directly. 1 teaspoon (about 10g) before breakfast or 1 hour before going to bed.
Pollen may cause allergic reactions. If irritation or swelling of the mouth or throat，gastrointestinal discomfort or heartburn occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. Pregnant women and children under 7 years of age are not recommended.
